  2. in this archive file:

  4.     EchoList.TXT    Complete EchoMail Listing Report Generated by
  5.                     compiling the following files into ONE File.
  6.                     (This file is very simular to what it used to
  7.                     look like but with out as much detail in the
  8.                     description field.  Now the listing will only
  9.                     show a description comment of the FidoNet Echos
  10.                     that have a EListed Entry -- RBBS-Net Echos of
  11.                     course, do have a comment weither it is listed
  12.                     in the EList or not.)

  14.     RBBS-NET.WW     RBBS-Net World Wide EchoMail Listing File
  15.  
  16.     FidoNet.NA      FidoNet North America BackBone EchoMail Listing File
  17.  
  18.     FidoNet.NO      FidoNet Echos NOT offically on the BackBone
  19.

  22. The EchoMail Listing is generated automatically by adding the the following
  23. files together:  FIDONET.NA, FIDONET.NO and RBBS-NET.WW 
  24.  
  25. These files are now being distributed with the EchoList.ZIP File as of last 
  26. Sunday.

  28. It costs me money to pick-up EchoMail Conferences from the FidoNet BackBone
  29. (Phone Bill).  I am trying to recover some of the that cost, trim it down, 
  30. etc.  I have not figured out exactly how to do this ... but new echos that 
  31. come out ... I don't want people to just turn them on because they are 
  32. there.  But I do want them on if they really have a need for them.
